Minjae went to the bathroom during break time.
민재는 쉬는 시간에 화장실에 다녀왔어요.

But when he came out, he looked around and stopped.
하지만 나와서 주위를 둘러보더니 멈췄어요.

He peeked into one room.
한 교실 안을 살짝 들여다봤어요.

“Oh no… I don’t see anyone I know.”
"어… 아는 사람이 안 보여요."

Minjae turned around and walked away quickly.
민재는 몸을 돌려 재빨리 걸어 나왔어요.

Just then, an older student walked up to him.
그때, 한 학년 높은 학생이 다가왔어요.

“Are you lost?” she asked.

“2반인데… 어디인지 잊어버렸어요…”

“No worries! I’ll show you the way.”
“걱정 마! 내가 길을 알려줄게.”

They walked down the hall together.
둘은 함께 복도를 걸어 내려갔어요.

When they reached his classroom,
교실에 도착하자,

Minjae’s teacher smiled.
민재의 선생님이 웃었어요.

“There you are! We were looking for you.”
“여기 있었구나! 우리가 너를 찾고 있었어.”

His friends waved and called out to him.
친구들이 손을 흔들며 그의 이름을 불렀어요.

Minjae sat down with a sigh of relief.
민재는 안도의 한숨을 쉬며 앉았어요.
