1 My Family Trip Presentation 

Last week, our teacher told us to prepare a short presentation.
The topic was “My Favorite Family Trip.”
I thought about our trip to Jeju Island.
So I decided to talk about it.

I wrote down key points in my notebook.
Then I looked for pictures we took on the trip.
My mom helped me print them out.
I cut out four of my favorites and glued them on a poster.

On the day of the presentation, I woke up early.
I packed my poster and my notes.
When I got to school, I felt nervous but ready.
I waited for my turn, sitting quietly.

Then my teacher called my name, and I stood up.
I walked to the front of the class and took a deep breath.
“Today, I’ll talk about my family trip to Jeju,” I began.

I showed the first picture—my sister and I at the beach.
I said, “We played in the sand and looked for shells.”
Then I pointed to the second photo of us hiking a mountain.
“We climbed up a long trail. It was hard but fun.”

The third photo showed a waterfall.
I said, “It was beautiful and cold!”
In the last photo, we were eating black pork.
I said, “It was the best dinner ever!”

My classmates watched with interest.
Some smiled, some laughed.
I finished by saying, “It was a trip I’ll never forget.”

The class clapped, and I bowed.
My teacher walked over and said, “Well done!”
I sat down, my heart still beating fast.

Later, my friend Yuna came up to me.
She said, “Your trip looked amazing!”
I said, “Thanks! I want to go again someday.”

That night, I told my parents about the presentation.
My dad smiled and said, “You made it sound exciting.”
My mom hugged me and said, “We’ll make more trips like that.”

Now I know sharing memories can be fun.
Next time, I’ll make a video to show everyone.
I want to talk about more adventures.
Because memories bring people together.

3 해석

지난주 선생님이 짧은 발표를 준비하라고 하셨어요.

주제는 "가장 기억에 남는 가족 여행"이었고,

저는 제주도로 갔던 여행을 발표하기로 했어요.

 

노트에 발표 내용을 정리하고,

가족과 함께 찍은 사진들을 골라

포스터에 오려 붙였어요.

 

발표 날, 긴장되었지만

제 차례가 되어 앞에 나가

제주도에서 겪은 이야기들을 들려줬어요.

 

바닷가에서 조개껍데기를 찾았던 일,

산을 힘들게 올라갔던 기억,

폭포의 시원함,

그리고 제주 흑돼지를 먹었던 저녁 이야기까지.

 

친구들은 집중해서 들어주었고,

발표를 마치자 박수를 쳐줬어요.

선생님은 "잘했어!"라고 칭찬하셨고,

친구는 "나도 가보고 싶어!"라고 했어요.

 

집에 와서 부모님께 발표 이야기를 했더니

아빠는 “정말 재미있게 말했구나” 하셨고,

엄마는 “우리 또 여행 가자”며 저를 안아주셨어요.

 

기억을 나누는 건 정말 즐거운 일이에요.

다음엔 영상도 만들어보고 싶어요.

추억은 우리를 하나로 이어주는 것 같아요.
