1 The Wrong Seat 200

Seah came into the classroom early in the morning.
She smiled and said, “Today will be a great day!”

She put down her bag and sat at a desk.
But someone quietly spoke from behind.

“Um… that’s my seat…”

Seah jumped up in surprise.
“Oh? Really? Sorry… I got confused!”

She had forgotten the seats changed yesterday.

Yujeong, who had returned to her desk, smiled.
“It’s okay! I almost sat at your desk, too.”

They looked at each other and giggled.
“Our seats must be too close!”

“Let’s make name tags next time.”

During break time, they made colorful name tags.
“I’ll decorate mine with a star!”
“Then I’ll use a heart!”

The classroom filled with laughter again,
and Seah felt calm and happy.

세아는 아침 일찍 교실에 들어왔어요.

그녀는 미소 지으며 말했어요. “오늘은 좋은 하루가 될 것 같아!”

 

가방을 내려놓고 자리에 앉았는데,

뒤에서 누군가 조용히 말했어요.

“어… 거기 내 자리인데…”

 

세아는 깜짝 놀라 벌떡 일어났어요.

“어? 진짜? 미안… 내가 착각했어!”

 

어제 자리 배치가 바뀐 걸 잊어버렸던 거예요.

 

자리에 돌아온 유정이는 웃으며 말했어요.

“괜찮아~ 나도 아까 네 자리에 앉을 뻔했어.”

 

두 사람은 서로를 바라보며 피식 웃었어요.

“우리 자리가 너무 가까워서 그런가 봐!”

 

“다음엔 이름표 만들자~”

 

쉬는 시간에 둘은 알록달록한 이름표를 만들었어요.

“나는 별 모양으로 꾸밀래!”

“그럼 나는 하트로 할게!”

 

교실은 다시 웃음으로 가득 찼고,

세아는 마음이 편안 해졌어요.
