Family Trip to Paris
Last summer, Mia and her family set off on a trip to Paris.
Mia was so excited! "I can’t wait to see the Eiffel Tower!" she said.
"Did you pack up your clothes and camera?" asked Mom.
"Yes! I put in my favorite dress and my camera," said Mia.
Dad brought along a map and a guidebook.
At the airport, they checked in their suitcases and lined up to get on the plane.
Mia looked around and saw many people.
"Wow! So many travelers!" she said.
After they got on the plane, Mia sat down by the window.
When the plane took off, Mia looked out and saw clouds.
"I’ve never flown so high!" she said.
When they arrived at Paris, they went to their hotel and checked in.
In the room, Mia put down her bag and looked around.
"I love our hotel room! Can we go out and see Paris now?" Mia asked.
"Sure," said Dad. "Let’s head out and visit the Eiffel Tower first!"
When they got to the Eiffel Tower, Mia looked up and smiled.
"It’s so big and tall!" she said.
Dad took out the camera to take pictures.
Mia and her brother ran around and played with a ball.
After that, they walked along the river and looked for a café to eat lunch.
They sat down and ate up sandwiches and juice.
Mom pointed out a boat on the river. "Look! People are taking a boat ride!"
"Can we go on a boat too?" Mia asked.
"Of course! Let’s check out the boat rides later," said Dad.
After lunch, they went over to a bakery and picked out some bread and sweets.
Mia picked up a croissant. "Yummy!" she said.
Dad paid for the food, and they carried out the bag of bread.
In the evening, they came back to the hotel to rest up.
Mia lay down on the bed and said, "Today was amazing!"
Her brother said, "I want to go back to the Eiffel Tower tomorrow!"
Before bed, Mia wrote down everything she saw in her notebook.
"I want to remember this trip forever!" she said.
