During lunch, Jaehyun carried his tray carefully.
He sat down at the table and picked up his chopsticks.

Just as he was about to eat—clatter!
His chopsticks fell to the floor.

“Oh no!” he bent down to grab them,
but the teacher walked over.

“Don’t use them,” she said.
“I’ll get you a clean pair.”

Jaehyun nodded and waited.
He felt a little embarrassed.

His classmate Yujin leaned over and smiled.
“It happens to me all the time!”

She even offered to share her spoon.
“Want to use this until you get new ones?”

Soon the teacher came back with a clean pair.
“Here you go,” she said kindly.

Jaehyun thanked both of them and started to eat.
The food was warm, and so were their hearts.

Small accidents can lead to small kindnesses—
