Hey friends! Today, I want to tell you about my experience in our class band.

Last month, our music teacher asked us if we wanted to join a band.
At first, I felt nervous but also excited.
I’ve always wanted to play an instrument.
So I raised my hand and said, “I’ll try!”
We met in the music room every week.
I picked up a drumstick and started to play the drums.

My friends chose the guitar, the flute, and the recorder.
We all sat in a circle and listened to each other.
At first, we made a lot of mistakes.
Some of us played too fast, others played too slow.
But the teacher told us to keep going.
She said, “Music is about teamwork.”

Each day, we practiced a little more.
I learned how to keep the beat.
My friend helped me count and stay on rhythm.
We watched music videos to learn from real bands.
We also talked about which songs to play.

One day, our teacher gave us a new song.
It was fun but very fast.
We tried to play it together.
At first, it sounded messy.
But we didn’t give up.
We laughed, made jokes, and kept practicing.

Finally, performance day came.
We went to the auditorium with our instruments.
I felt my heart beat fast.
The curtain opened, and the lights shone on us.
We looked at each other and started to play.

The music filled the room.
My hands moved without thinking.
The drum felt like part of me.
When we finished, the audience clapped loudly.
We smiled at each other and bowed.

After the show, my teacher came to us and said,
“I’m so proud of you all!”
My parents hugged me and said, “You did great!”
I felt proud and happy.

Now I want to join a real band one day.

안녕 친구들! 오늘은 우리 반 밴드부 활동에 대해 이야기해줄게요.

 

지난달, 음악 선생님이 밴드에 참여할 사람 있냐고 물어보셨어요.

처음엔 긴장됐지만, 기대도 됐어요.

항상 악기를 연주해보고 싶었거든요.

그래서 손을 번쩍 들고 “저요!”라고 했어요.

매주 음악실에서 만났고,

매일 조금씩 연습했어요.

저는 박자를 맞추는 법을 배웠고,

친구가 숫자를 세며 리듬을 도와줬어요.

우리는 밴드 영상을 보며 배웠고,

어떤 곡을 할지 함께 이야기했어요.

 

어느 날, 선생님이 새로운 곡을 주셨어요.

재미있지만 정말 빨랐어요.

함께 연주하려고 했지만 처음엔 엉망이었죠.

그래도 포기하지 않았어요.

웃고, 농담도 하면서 계속 연습했어요.

 

드디어 공연 날이 왔어요.

악기를 들고 강당으로 갔죠.

심장이 쿵쾅쿵쾅 뛰었어요.

무대 커튼이 열리고 조명이 비쳤어요.

우리는 서로를 바라보고 연주를 시작했어요.

 

음악이 강당을 가득 채웠어요.

손은 저절로 움직였고,

드럼은 제 일부처럼 느껴졌어요.

연주가 끝나자 관객들이 큰 박수를 쳤어요.

우리는 서로를 보며 웃었고, 인사했어요.

 

무대 뒤에서 선생님이 오셔서

“정말 자랑스러워!”라고 해주셨어요.

부모님도 저를 안아주며 “너무 멋졌어!”라고 하셨어요.

정말 뿌듯하고 행복했어요.

 

언젠가 진짜 밴드에도 들어가고 싶어요.

음악은 사람들을 하나로 모아줘요.
